Corporate identity rooted in local heritage
Broadridge, a global finance and fintech company, relocated its Cluj headquarters to Émile Zola Street in a two-phase project (2001–2025). The goal: a central location for talent attraction and a workspace that reflects the brand with precision.
Periskop Studio translated the Broadridge identity into a functional, ergonomic environment while anchoring the design in the building’s historic context. Decorative elements inspired by Europe’s financial capitals — cornices, moldings, profiles — were reinterpreted in a contemporary way and paired with exposed concrete, wood, and a renewed blue–grey palette following the 2024 rebranding.
Across four 600 sqm floors, the office supports both focus and collaboration, with dedicated kitchens, soft seating, biophilic elements, and improved acoustic comfort.
The result is a workspace that strengthens culture, supports HR initiatives, and embodies Broadridge’s values. For Periskop, this project stands as a key reference in transforming a global brand into a meaningful physical experience.
